What do people use when they run out of calibration solution to calibrate their PH probes? I have a pinpoint PH monitor and I have not used it in months since I moved (just got the tank back up) and need to recalibrate it. What can I use that has a PH of 7 to do this? any help is appreciated!!

Nothing that I know of. Buying a commercial calibration fluid is the recommended way. Once you have calibrated at pH 7 and 10 (or 4 and 7), you can check it in borax, as detailed below, but you still need the calibration solutions:

thanks Randy! I got some tonight with a new probe and calibrated it to 7 and 10
