There is lot's of talk here about how many fish can be kept happily in the one tank etc., but other than the basics re what stings what, or gives off a toxin that may have an effect the same conversations do not appear to apply to corals.

We all go "   " when we see a healthy looking tank jam packed with acros etc, but should we be considering stocking levels similarly to how we look at fish stock in our tanks.

I know there are a stack of variables here...hence the thread title, but I am interested in what people think

You bring up a good point, but it's much easier to control territorial disputes with sessile invertibrates than it is with fast moving fish.

Thanks Greg,

I suppose territorial behavious is an aspect, but I was more refering to bioload etc.

By the way... Any moderator out there, I am not sure how I got this onto this forum

Could I ask that it be moved to general discussion please... :)

Thanks

James
