you need to know either two #'s to come up with the answer,
P=I x V watts are equal to volts times amps, most devices display the watts/ volts on them.
if your motor has the watts listed on the side then you can figure the amps I = P/ V , just divide the volts into the watts and you get the amp draw.
If you find out your total watts you can mutiply that # X 24 hrs in a day and then x an average of 30 days. this # gives you a total watt usage in one month, divide that # by 1000 to convert it to Kilo watts then Check your power bill to see how much you pay per KW, i pay around 10 cents per/KW. divide that number into your total tank KW reading and you get the average cost to run your system.

add all the wattage and divide it by 110, thats how you get the amps, example(2x250watt MH=500watts divided by 110volts=4.5amps), anymore questions holer, cya.:D
