I would highly recommend an in sump or external mounted skimmer if you can still swing it with your setup. Hang on's have inherant performance restrictions due to the nature of the beast. I have a Remora on my smaller tank and it works well for a hang on. I would suggest the pro model though. I've heard good things about Deltec and Tunze but don't have any personal experience with them. What size cube is that? Looks nice!

i really need a hang on in the sump skimmer for this setup. I dont want any external equipment, the back area has a sump section.

The size of your tank will help people help you.

I think that a Tunze will outskim the remora, I have run both, and like the tunze better. The Deltec's are reportly nice, but have never run one myself. The Tunze will have to have ~10" depth to work properly, and is totally immersed, where the Remora is a HOB set-up, If that makes a differance in your set-up.

If its only 56 gallons, a Remora would work but a Remora pro would be be great.

I have used the same Tunze for 7 years, unpack it and plug it in, that's it. Works great. Tunze costs a little more but their stuff is top notch.
