worms?

I have these curly white worms growing all over my live rock. They are probably about 1"long and have red "tentacles" coming out of the end. Any idea what they are? I also have some "worms" that have clear tentacles reaching out of a 1/4" or so volcano shaped white body. I assume the white body in both is a calcium shell?

do the "tentacles" look like feathers? if so they're probably feather dusters....im not sure bout the other thing...

They could also be hair worms (cirratulids). Check www.rshimek.com or Dr Shimek's forum, where there are some pictures.
