Its a type of bubble algae called Boergesnia Forbesii. I had a few in my tank for awhile, but i removed most of them. I still have one but its in a hard spot to get to.

Sorry, but I would have to disagree. I think it is a plant called neomeris sp. It is about half white and half green with a little fuzz on the tip? Check out this link. It was in a different language, so it is translated, so it doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

I had them in my tank and nothing, not crabs or even my tang, would eat them. I kept them for a while, then plucked them out because I got so many of them. I believe they are a calcium based plant. You can search more to find out more about them.

I have the same things. Do we know if they are a good sign at least. Do they mean good water quality? Or do they just mean nothing???

I believe it shows that you have a good calcium level, since that is what they thrive on. I really think that any growth is a good sign, even if it is aiptasia or hydroids.
