Green Star Polyp

Hello. I have a green star polyp that seems to be covered in some kind of dust-like substance. I don't know how to get rid of it. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Have you tried the turkey baster??? green star polyps are very hardy and easy to keep....you shouldn't run into trouble...

I like to take the turkey baster to the live rock and anything with residues settled on them, pretty often....makes a storm but gets it up and through the filtration.....
