Help with Frogspwn

I have a frogspwn and its has 3 heads but one of the heads is like falling apart. what should I go take it out? my tanks is only 30g and how would I brack it off of the other heads.

yup, params would help, but for the head that is "falling apart", could you post a pic so we can see what exactly you mean.

Params:the water is crap right now I did a water change and I am still working on it I was out of town for some time and for the Lighting is dont mater becaues they have been in there for like 3 weeks and have expanded full untell now but I have 96x2 pc.
