Tank Size

At my school they are thinking of starting an octopus tank. We have a extra 25 gallon tank that we were planning on using to put one octopus in it by itself, I was just wondering if you think this is to small and if u think its ok what other invertabres like jus little things like hermit crabs would go good in there if anything. Thank you.

what you will find is that the octopus are very short lived, generally nocturnal and hide alot so you really won't see them. I think you might want to put something in that you would see alot of. A small puffer is like having a dog in the class.

i would have to agree. the tank size may be alright but you will never see an octo. unless it becomes very tame and the lighting is dim.
