I have these red puffy marks on my blenny. I've been trying to attach images, so I hope this works.

They look like blisters/bruises. The only time I've ever seen this was on a FW clown loach that laid on a cheap heater. Are these burns? (visitherm 50w) or did he get attached or stung by fish or anemone in my tank? Or is this some disease/infection/virus that I don't know about?

Anyone who can help, please tell me what to do, if anything.

they just showed up this evening. All of a sudden he has these marks on him. He is otherwise acting normally I think.

Potential stingers: Condy, kenya tree, frogspawn, small mushroom.

Potential biters: medium ish Tomato clown, though I've not seen him aggressing the blenny.

water:

15% change two days ago, premixed DI/RO trusted source. Same water used in another tank, no problems.

Alk: 7.2
pH: 8.4
Amm: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: <5

OK, still watching my poor little guy. I'm pretty sure what I'm seeing are stings from the Condy, especially given that they came on so suddenly.

the red is subsiding slightly. Any suggestions on easing his recovery? Also, I'm definitely NOT ready for a condy. (D*mn impulse buy.) It's healthy, and likes my tank/his spot, but I'm freaking out. It's going back to the store, even if I have to give up the very nice piece of LR he lives on. Any ideas on what I can put over him so the blenny can't run into him again? I heard strawberry basket, but I don't have one of those around. Any other ideas?
