Its a 120 gallon custom by Oceanic. Will this chip effect the integrity of the tank? Visually it will be fine because it will in-wall.

It does have some bubbles from the chip on the inside behind the chip you see.

Chipped glass plus pressure from water equals potential disaster. I would replace the pane. It may seem like a lot of trouble but, believe me, 120+ gallons of bacteria-laden water in your house is a terrible thing.
How much should this cost to get done professionally?
Their is a starphire glass disributor near by, should I attempt to do it myself?

When my glass tank cracked I bailed and converted to acylic, so I don't know much about repairing or building a glass tank. RC has some good threads in the DIY forum.
IMHO you should get some professional advice before trying to replace the pane. Good luck.
