65gal tank is Mag 7 too much

for a return? Just picked up my first tank :) YEAH
They (LFS) sold me a Mag 7 for a return from the sump. I was thinking of using a 5 at max but they (LFS) said you have to turn the tank over 8-10 times an hour......
is this right?

Mag 7 will be fine. I have mag 9.5 on a 75g and wish I went larger.

Definately no problem with a Mag7 for circulation on that tank.
