When would be the right time to add the cleaning crew janitors to my new tank?

I put mine in about 3 weeks after I started the tank when the parameters were starting to stabilize. The snails are very sensitive to changing water conditions.

Right after the cycle is over.

Be sure not to overstock. Add a snail or two at a time to prevend the die off.
