I have a 400 watt Radium (20KK) bulb, reflector, and PFO HQI ballast which I no longer use over my aquarium. The bulb has been used for less than two weeks, as it was a replacement for the old bulb which I broke.
When purchased new, the bulb costs $80, the ballast was $160 and the reflector, mougl base, socket and wire setup was $50 total.
For what was once $300 plus shipping I am hoping to get $200 plus shipping for the good contition it is in. If you send me an offer by email and include your address and shipping preferences, I'll go online to FedEx or UPS and tell you shipping costs.
