Heat from Tank

I just installed a 180gal tank in my Dinning Room. I am having a problem with heat build up from the tank lights in that room. The tank temp is staying at 79. But the room is heating up and making the air conditioner run all the time. I installed a bathroom exhaust fan from Homedepot in the ceiling next to the tank. That helped a little but the fan died after three days. Anybody have any suggestion on what type of fan I could install?
