NO lighting for a 360g FOWLR and some softies :)

Im planning on building a 360g tank this winter and the lighting is going to be cheap and easy. I am just curious what everyone would think the bare minimum would be for softies and shrooms in a tank this size... 96" long 24" high 36" wide. I have some NO ballasts that would power 8' long bulbs...anybody see or use 8' NO bulbs for their tanks? I don't think they make actinic that long but I have seen some 6500K bulbs that long from GE and Phillips. Anybody know of a distrutor/seller that has good prices?

This will be a FOWLR first and then a softie tank so I am not looking to blast light in there. Please do not suggest MHs, etc. :D
