In my country when someone orders sometihings from aboard we have to do a lot of things to make it legal such as go to some government's department to pay some fee and go to other department to pay the tax then we can get the goods out of FedEX Or whatever so

but if someone(Like me) don't have that much time to doo all things then i have to pay for the "Shipping" to do those thing instead of me\and when the "Shipping Company" went to the FedEX They didn't check for the goods if it's broken or not.
but they just sign the paper which FedEX would ask you to sign when you're ready to recieved your things from FedEX

So they signed without checking

and now i jsut don't know what to do but siting in front of the RETROFIT LIGHTING SYSTEM and watch them

i just want to know Is this the way the HAMILTON Technology packed thier goods ?

Any Advice?
is this what i paid for?
is it worth 956.88 us dollar?(not included 260us Dollar for TAX)

Ouch, sorry to hear that. I don't know anything about international shipping but, I do know when I ordered my new MH hood from Hamilton it was in perfect condition and very carefully packed.

in a perfect world, someone (fedex/hamilton/dude who picked it up without checking) would pay to replace them. but you're probably out of luck....so was anything actually broken? it looks like the reflector is pretty well banged up, but you could probably hammer it out. being hammertone to begin with, it won't be too bad looking when you're done.

labeling a box 'fragile' does more harm than good i've found....

Boy, it's sad... Hamilton has really fallen by the wayside... They used to be big in the halide lighting game... but AB/AquaMedic, PFO, and SLS have really taken the lead... I can't imagine these companies packing an item as delicatly as Hamilton packed your reflector... That box is a joke.

I would contact them and see what they say...?
