Has any one had problems with them? I ordered a ro/di 4 weeks ago have not recieved. Owner keeps giving the run around. I called three times and he sais he'll call me back. Nope ,nada , nothing,zilch.He doesnt call back. What can i do?

Cancel your order and shop elsewhere. I have done a lot of business with them and it has all gone well except for one time. I bought a CO2 solonoid valve (in Jan 01) and it turned out to have metric fittings. I called them and they said they were going to get an adapter fitting and they would have an answer in two weeks. I have talked to and emailed many times over the last 10 months and I always get the we will have a solution in two weeks. Did you ever see the the movie "the Money Pit" :) They did offer to take it back in the beginning but I told them I would wait for a solution so that is what I am doing. :( Their service has always been super every other time and I still order from them.

I agree. I would cancel the order and go order a ro/di from this place. The CS will blow you away.
