7 hours of MH and 11 hours of actinic light per day :).

Seriously though, I used to feed Golden Pearls and Cyclopeeze a few times per week, but I stopped when I was seeing some cyno issues in my old 120. I feed only a very small amount of one or the other, once a week max now, and frankly haven't seen any slow down in growth.
