just wanted to pass it on. great customer service, great email interaction, answered all of my questions and sent me my tracking number way before he sent it. Serdar is great!

i purchased the 9 for 99 zoo package, everything was in heat sealed baggies, no leaks, no wetness, they all arrived and acclimated happy and healthy. highly recommended!

Dear Phishy,

thank you for caring, unfortunately i experienced a crash in my tank and just about everything died.....

except your zoos!!!! (and many other zoos) but they were all so hardy and seemed to survive without a glich, i'm so so happy about it

the fish, shrimp, most of the snails, are all deceased..so the tank is a mess right now in recovery mode. i will send you pictures when it looks better
