I am setting up a 150 gallon fish only tank with 160 lbs of sand and 100-150 pounds of live rock. What kind of pump do you suggest for the return. The tank has two overflows. And do you suggest a submersible pump or external pump. THANKS TO ALL

IMO external to avoid heat issues and generally will be able to get more flow.. If you search, most recommend the dolphin ampmaster or sequence style pumps. I would go with a dolphin 2100. Thats what I have on my 180 and its a good amt of flow..
