what and how often do you feed condys and rock anemones ?

If you feed it everyday it will grow bigger. If you feed it less it will grow accordingly. An anemone will only eat as much as it wants to, so if you feed it too much then it will spit it out.

Also, caution on the condy it has a powerful sting and most fish will avoid getting close to it. I am currently in the process of getting rid of mine as it was a gift.!!

ohh sorry about that. You can feed them almost any meaty type food. silversides, krill, formula 1.... Almost anything really, but the easier items like krill or silversides are as good as anything else. Those can be found at your LFS in the fridge.
