I am sure what these are I just wanted some conformation. I have not run across these before in person. How big does the female have to get to be breeding size? Thanks.

They are a. tricintus. They are a clarkii relative. They are a neat clown, they will probably darken as they age.

Tricinctus. Keep a close eye on them and have formalin ready. These guys can take a turn for the worse in less than 24 hours just like chrysopterus.

Ok, Thanks. I always do a formalin dip when I get fish. Also, these have been in the fish store for about 3 months. But like everything else I am ready if something changes.

That is really rare to find a pair of tricinctus that have been in a store for 3 months. Nice catch. Did they have any more?

Awsome fish. I have a pair of these myself and the female is almost 4 inches in length. The female nibbles on my fingers though when I put my hands inside the tank. Not sure if its because she's hungry/territorial or she's just showing affection. :D

Has one seen the Tri's that ORA is offering lately? I seen then by me a few times several months ago but haven't seen them since. Is ORA still offering them?
