ricordia issues

Hello,
Can someone please tell me what is going on with ricordia.I have several ricordia that seem to have lost there color.You can basically see right through them.Do ricordia need alot of light,I currently took them out of reef tank with metal halides and put in 30g tank with 55w power compact,getting ready to add another 55w.How long will it take them to get color back if it is a light issue.Thanks and hope to hear some positive feed back.

I have a rock with seven green ricordia on it. I had it on the bottom of halides. One single ricordia on that rock bleached pure white. I moved him into my other tank high up under Power compacts. After four weeks he is now slowing getting his green color back.
