Iwaki - RZ vs. RLT

What's the difference between the RZ and RLT versions of the Iwaki pumps? Specifically, MD-20RZ vs. MD-20RLT? What specs I've found appear to be the same -- is there any functional difference (reliability, noise) or did they just redo their model numbers? Any "voices of experience" would be greatly appreciated.

It will show that the RZ models are for extreme pressure but with less gph than the RLT
