Drip control valve

Anyone know of a good store to buy a adjustable valve that I could use on an DIY constant topoff, basically Im looking for something that I can control a drip rate of about 1 per second for my nano/mantis tank...maybe a medical supply store in the area?

I use kent marine float valve, works great on my 125g. Ran the tube from under kitchen sink to the basement up to the family room.
