Yesterday my 55watt compact flouresent fixture went out. that thing smelled amazingly bad, any ways I had originally gotten it about 4 months ago from Pet Connection so I figured I'd go down there and see if there was anything they could do to help. Considering it had been 4 months since I bought it I felt that it was a long shot to ask them to do anything to help me.
well... Rob did not hesitate at all to take the thing apart checked it and dug up a brand new balast rated for (approx) 130 watts. heck of an upgrade compared to the mickey mouse stock ballast that was rated for 55W. He even wired it for me (the store was pretty bussy at the time)
