Hello everyone. I am slowly stocking ym tank with corals and picked up a nice helthy Long tentical green plate coral yesterday afternoon. After transport and aclimation it wasnt looking to happy witch I expected so I left the lights off and left him alon for the day. Today I inspected and he looks veay happy but he is moving????? I wasnt aware they where able to do that? He is inflating and deflating like an anemone. He has moved a total of 3 inches today so far and continues to try and relocate in to a rocky crevice along the sand bed. Its interesting but is there something to worrie about? There is a small amount of current on him atm and is that some of the issue?

2 days in tank
No changes in 2 days
No near by corals
440Vho light
240PC light
Low water current
Placed in middle bottom of tank
Ph 8.23
Temp 79
nit 0
all peramiters in green.

I wouldn't worry about it. We have one and it does move an inch or two to either side. Brains do that too. It's cool

I wouldn't worry either, mine tries to crawl up the side of the front glass. Other times it appears to try and travel towards the center HQI light. Where she's at now, she only receives VHO light!

She does blow herself up rather large, and I mean large.
