New tank and live rock

Question for you all. If you set up a new tank with live rock and the tank crashes for what ever reason, dose that mean your live rock is ruined? Or can you reuse the live rock? Thanks Jared

As long as it hasn't been contaminated with copper or other chemicals it can still be used, it may not be "live" however. To get a regrowth you will probably want to seed the rock with additional pieces that are live and carry the full compliment of organisms.

Wouldn't a crash be the same as when you cycle your tank with un-cured live rocks?? They go through the cycle and they are still alive at the end..
