Relocation has postponed by reef tank project :-< My family and I will be in a rental for a year while our new home is built so I won't have room for the larger reef tank I was planning. This awesome NEW equipment needs to be put to use by someone!

I'd prefer to sell this as a complete filter system as I've put a lot of time into the design. IMO, this is a Porsche 911 for your reef tank. I seriously doubt you'll find this much horsepower in such a small footprint (36"x18"), and as well organized. Only the best of the best here. I'll try to describe:

ULTIMATE, COMPLETE REEF TANK FILTER SYSTEM includes:

- All-Glass 40G Aquarium Sump (36x18x15) with two pre-filter intakes (1") with 100 micron mesh inserts (you can put carbon or other media in these as well), place for heater, skimmer compartment, built-in refugium, space for calcium and kalk reactors, drilled return bulkheads for external pumps, $175 invested in tank, bulkheads, custom partitions, misc. parts & materials not including my time!

- Custom SouthBay 6-1 protein skimmer with numerous upgrades including recirculating air intake, skimmate drain, keyhold lid on skimmer cup, etc. (even better than Euro-reef given the upgrades, IMO). Paid $300

- Custom Precision Marine Calcium Reactor (6") with MAG-2 pump, so nice that PM put it up on their website, paid $350: http://www.precisionmarine.com/html/custom_shop_gallery_4.html

- Precision Marine Kalkwasser Reactor for sweetening top-off water, paid $240

- Coralife 20" Compact Fluorescent Fixture w/ Cooling Fans, Quad-tube 96W 50/50. Paid $110.

All of this in a 36" x 18" footprint! See pictures for more details and please feel free to e-mail any questions.

Over $1200 invested plus my time to work out the design and construction of the sump (caulk lines are perfect), and I am willing to take any fair offers over $800 for the COMPLETE system. All equipment is new, never used. The moving van leaves on July 28 so anyone interested near Indianapolis needs to pick up by that date. Otherwise, the next stop will be Orlando, FL and I will put the system on the moving van and take it with.

Local pick-up only, either Indianapolis, IN before 7/28 or Olrando, FL after 7/30.

Yeah, lots of top-shelf equipment. I forgot to add that the system includes a 5lb. CO2 tank and regulator w/ solenoid valve, and two MAG-9.5 pumps for the returns. The two items not included that someone would need to add are a pH controller, and an water level sensor for the third compartment in the sump for automatic water top-off (recommend Tunze Osmolator or ReefFanatic Level Controller).
