Some help here please!!!

I have it for almost 3 months and now is bleaching,already splited like 2-3 times but this clone is bleaching my cinnmon is really happy with her.Water parameters are in spec,also I fed her like 2/times per week.
Any ideas/sugestions!:confused:

How old are your light bulbs?
