I have a BRAND NEW MRC-1 Skimmer from My Reef Creations for sale. Unfortunately, it is a bit too tall to put in my sump and I have not been successful with the way I would need to plumb it to make it work properly outside my aquarium.

The unit is BRAND NEW. I also have the GEN-X 6000 Pump that is recommended for use with it.

Since the Skimmer and pump combo is brand new with very little use (less than 1 day of use), I'm looking to re-coup as much money as possible on it. The combo cost me $330 in the door after shipping. I'm letting it go for $250. I'll pay for all shipping costs.

Please PM me. The unit is ready for immediate shipping.

Let me know if there are any questions. Thanks for your interest.

Do you mean the MR-1 model? I don't see a MRC-1 model on their site. I can't believe the audacity of some lowball people on here. You wouldn't offer somebody who is selling a Ferarri Modena $1000 because that's all you have in your bank account would you?

weap0n_X also offered someone $5 for a Hawaiian Dragon Eel that they were asking $500 for so his offer could have been worse!

Sorry folks, I've been away for a couple of days. I have several PM's and I'll read through them in the order I got them. I'll take the time to reply to everyone today...

WeaponX, I'll assume you were joking with me. $100 for a $330 skimmer brand new is an insult otherwise. I can't believe you would be willing to drive the 2.5 hours from nothern VA to Chesapeake. You would spend an extra $25.00 in gas to get here. I'm sure since you would be that cheap, you would need to borrow money to get back home!

But, I'm sure you were just joking.... ;)

I just had to write that first. If thre aren't any takers in the PM's I'll post the spec for everyone. I'll let everyone know what the status is later tonight...
