I have used it and it is pretty much the same as what you get if you buy Southdown. It's processed a little better than the SD so it is a little cleaner, but the composition and grain size's are retty much the same. I would bet that that this stuff is purchased from Marcona Industries just like Southdown and CarribSea products.

IMO, another excellent choice for a DSB.
