*PLEASE* help my leather...

and went away on the weekend, I came back to find it still spreading...I got a toothbrush this morning and scraped some of the gunk off of it, this evening it looks bad again...is there anything I can do???I really like it...Iodine dips?anything?

Fresh Water dip perhaps? I know Kent Marine makes from meds for a dip, dunno how well they work though...most local fish shops should have them. Couldn't hurt to try
