bakpak skimmer + needlewheel = HOB euroreef?

Some say that the bakpak skimmer is good skimmer and by adding an airstone, it could be better. After seeing a post by Cheapreef on his diy deltec (http://archive.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=305697&highlight=cheapreef) skimmer, I thought about adding it to the Bakpak skimmer. Since I tried trading the skimmer and no one seem to want it. I modded it with the needlewheel and here is the outcome:

Material:
1 - Bioball
1- Maxijet 1200 (too strong, might try a 900 or less)
1- bakpak skimmer


From the pic you can see that the left side is completely fill with tiny bubbles. So much so that I could not even see the other side.

This is the reason why I said it's too strong, the cup is set at the highest position possible and the bubble is still coming out.

In less then 2 min, the skimmate completely filled the cup. Mostly wet skimmate but skimmate no matter what.

only if someone will let me have a 900 or even 600, I might be able to make it better. :D
