Hi Loc,
Where abouts in OC are you? (Im in Palm desert).
Is it one of the newer units , & would it handle 150g + sump,with 2x 400w halides?

I am located by the Anaheim Stadium. According to the factory spec.,it will do for 125-180g tank. But with your case with the lites and all that,I think it will work at its max. effort. Just like I had a 1/5 hp Aqualogic worked on my 90g with closed to 800w of lights before.
P.S. if you run AC in the house it would certainly helped.
