Okay, im having a tough time deciding if my ballast will work for this bulb...

Super Actinic R™

It says its either Standard OR VHO!...dont quite get that...
my ballasts mostly talk about firing a 40w F40-48" bulbs...or 48"t12 bulbs...all being 40w...
anyone have these lights as natural output
