bromide floride vs. amino acids

Want to make sure before this combo is used.I using the 2 part additives,everyday to the tank.Twice a week adding bromide floride,strontium,magnesium potassium iodide 1%,and once a week weak solution of kalkwasser. Are these two products.bromide,aminoacids kinda the same.Being they keep mentioning coral skelton?What is the difference?Can they be added to the system,without any effects on other perimeters?As relationship to Mag,alk, cal.ph levels?I didn't want to add one or both,and having effect on my other perimeters.Because I did hear good things about the aminoacids.Thanks for reading this.And your input that you put into us reefers out here.I hope I didn't confuse you on this matter.If so let me know.

No, they are unrelated. Bromid and Fluoride are ions like sodium and chloride. Amino acids are organic compounds that corals may benefit from.

I presume that we are talking about ESV bromide and fluoride and Salifert amino acids?

None of these will impact calicum, alkalinity, and pH levels, unless they alter the rate that tank organisms grow. They may also be packaged with things that might impact such levels, depending on what brand you are using.

Yes, the Bromide is ESV,Salifert is the Aminoacids.I will read up on those links that you sent.And thanks for your info on this.Oh by the way....after I posted this,didn't know you were on vacation. SORRY ! Enjoy it,and you probably need it !
