I just wired my two actinic IceCap VHO's powered by the 430 ballast. The lamps turn on, them immediatly turn off. There is also a yellow light that flashes aabout an inch away from one of the endcaps.
The retro kit is wired properly. One side has two yellow wire, with a jumper in the middle. The other end has two red wires going into one endcap, and two blue wires going into the other endcap. I'm getting the yellow light right outside of the blue endcap. I switched bulbs, still happens. I reinstalled the blue wires, but it still immediatly shuts down.
Any ideas???
