any Ca only booster will work fine.

this artical by Randy discusses this in depth.

You can use the two part, but just use the calcium portion. Alternatively, and less costly, you could just use calcium chloride, as outlined in the article.

If you want to use a two part, you can get a ballpark estimate on the amount of the calcium part required by using the entry for B-ionic in this calculator:

What brand?

The linked calculator above will tell you how much if you are using B-ionic, and roughly how much for other brands as well.

B-Ionic is ESV and each 5ml you add per 10 gallon will boost Ca about 10ppm.

also in the first post you say your using a Ca reactor and then in a latter post you say you have a reactor but not installed......... if you have a CaCO3/CO2 reactor and it's properly sized to handle the demands of your system you should have no problems keeping your Ca/Alk at a balanced level and at the desired settings. this saves a ton of $$$ by eliminating the need for 2 part additives.

do you know how to properly setup the reactor? if so and you have it meeting the demands of the system all you'll need to do is use Ca Chloride to boost the Ca up and it will then stay there.
