Ballast

Which ballast is better PFO or e-ballast. I see that the e-ballast are a higher price so does that mean they are better. These are the only two I can get for the setup I am looking at. I am just not sure which are better. Any opinions???? This are for 400Watt MH bulbs.

The big fifference is heat and power consumption. The electronic ballast run cooler and use less electricity because of that.
