Randy,

The key ingredient in phosphate removers is iron oxide, correct?

The key ingredient in concrete pigment products (ie: concrete dye) is iron oxide, correct?

So - that said - Would there be any harm, that you know of, with using a commercial iron oxide pigment in agrocrete rocks?

Some of the iron removers are iron oxide/hydroxide, yes. While I wouldn't assume that the pigments are suitable phosphate removers, I expect that using the pigments in aragocrete rocks will be fine. :)
