ID please

I got these little guys all over the glass. I thought in the beginning they were baby snails, but I don't see any shells developing

It is a flatworm. Although it is harmless or at least not the most harmfull type. I think I remember seeing that they are actually planaria. There are many threads about them that you will find if you search for "flatworm". Here is one(scoll down):
