Best actinic 03 PC bulb?

That time of year when its time to replace the bulbs.I have CSL power compacts now and like the look of the actinic 03 on it.But I havent tried any of the other brands to tell which is the best one like Hello Lights,Sun Paq,or Coral Life.Anyone have experience with the other brands that uses Panasonic connections?
