What's the calcium/alkalinity repleneshing method, that contributes the most for calcium deposits inside pumps?
And what contributes the least?

The higher the calcium, alkalinity, and pH, the more deposits (abiotic precipitation) your will get. pH is especially important, with a difference of 0.3 pH units being about equivalent to a doubling of one of the other parameters.

So in many respects, adding a lot of limewater would be the champion at raising pH and potentially causing such deposits.

A CaCO3/CO2 reactor tht resulted in low pH would contribute the least.

However, unless you have an unusual situation, maintaining a low pH should not be an intended goal (IMO).
