Water Replacement

I have the option of buying premixed ro salt water or buying Catalina Ocean water (collected 4 mi. off the coast of So. California and filtered). Which is better for my reef? Price is the same.

From what I've heard,I would think the catalina as it should be most similar to the water our fish/corals/inverts actually come from.

I do not know which is better, if there is a significant difference. The analysis that I saw of some NSW that was sold commercially didn't look any better than salt mixes.
