Limnoriidae: Isopoda

I did a search and found a webpage with a few pics of the same isopods i have in my tank. Limnoriidae: Isopoda

I have found about 10 live ones in the filter bag. Are these harmfull? should i wait to add fish? any advice would be appreciated

If you truly have limnorids, they will generally be harmless.

they look just exactly like the ones in the picture, so if that website identified them right then I guess they are the limnorids
I will scan the one i found and post it later.
