Hairs on my LR, good or bad?

Hey guys, i picked up some LR from the LFS on Saturday, it had all this stuff on every rock, any ideas to what it is if it's good or bad?

It's all over the rock, i was reading green hair algae or something like that, u can see in the first pic in the upper right part of the rock that it's waving in the current, but it's all over that rock, any ideas what to do, or just leave it be? i have about 1 watt per gallon right now, just started this tank on saturday, has silica bottem 40g.

A lot of people dont agree with me, but i will take the rock and place it in a bucket of sea water and clean it with a soft baby's toothbrush. If the tank is cycling it might go away on its own.

I agree with trying to scrub off as much as you can. You'll have to do that until your tank cycles enough so you can get a decent clean up crew going.
