Came with a purple acro, would like to now what it is and if its good bad.

Thanks, was looking on the seaslug site trying to find an ID but there seem to be so many species do not know where to start!

Hi,

It is a dendronotid, probably in the genus Tritoniopsis or something related to that. Such animals typically eat soft corals or other polyps.

thanks, for taking the time to respond, figured it would be something bad or if not would not survive long in the tank.

Shame as its colours are fantastic.
