This little critter seems quite harmless? What do you think?

Not so harmless as you might think. It is a arminid nudibranch in the genus Dermatobranchus. See here. (http://www.seaslugforum.net/dermspp.htm).

These animals eat soft corals such as clove polyps, Xenia. You probably should capture and humanely dispose of it.

I'm not sure what type, but it looks like a nudibranch to me. Many nudibranch are harmless, but a few you need to watch for. Most nudibranchs end up dying in our home reef's, unfortunately :(
